  Good value double room. Most unusual for a motel - bed lights you can read by.

  Rooms are fairly spacious and reasonably well heated. However temperature drops overnight and heat is not adjustable, so it gets a little cold. If you want an early night forget it. Walls between rooms are paper thin and neighbours were making noise until 11 or so. Otherwise, staff are helpful and friendly.

  I loved this place, not sure why though. It's a run down hostel with weird smells, mismatched furniture, and dated "quirky" decor. It was definitely the cheapest place in town though, it has a bbq area I guess. Regardless it's lovely. I'll be back next year.

  Excellent location. Close to everything. Basic yet spacious rooms. Awesome courtyard

  The rooms are clean and comfortable! Situated right in the heart of town it's super close to the shops and a perfect little getaway in Cooma! Thanks for being a great host Jake
