  Ordered using the app and had a customer feedback for free small chips and drink. Couldn't figure out why the price went up for free items. They rang up a large drink and small chips then discounted for small drink and chips. So much for free. No sauce for the nuggets either. For some reason they don't like you eating there. they always pack it to go and look at you funny if you ask for a plate. You have to get your own serviettes, hand wipes, spoons and straws or else you won't get any. Employees are hopeless. Overall pretty bad.

  Unacceptable customer service. I hope she gets fired for berating me in front of a packed service area. She certainly won't last long with that attitude.

  Every time I buy food from this KGC, the service has been slow or rude. We are consistently missing food from our order, or recieving the wrong order. The food itself is tolerable at best, hideously nauseating at worst. 2/10, be wary when you enter.

  To be fair, it was a Sunday night travelling back to Sydney from a Snow's weekend and it was expectedly busy, however the young, chubby brunette cashier that was handing out the meals was super-rude and had advised "the monitor with the order numbers displayed doesn't work properly" as her reason for my order disappearing. However it was the only way I could see when my order was ready from across the dining area. Her argument was that she called the number and I was not there to receive it straight away and the meal had "disappeared", even though I had the receipt to pick up the order as soon as I saw my number on the screen.

  I love this place! The manager was amazing, I had no idea she ran a hair studio in the back office. I went in for a double stacked and came out with an amazing pony tail. Thank you

  KFC in cooma is the best kfc I’ve ever been too, it’s not just fresh, it’s tasty & hot!! The workers were so lovely, kind, helpful and I appreciate them,, I go there all the time and actually love it there, the restaurant area is always lovely and clean! I recommend this 100% and whoever doesn’t is on something because I love it !!
