  Whenever we are in Cooma this is a must stay experience for us. Steve is an absolutely fantastic host and this is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in worldwide. When it comes to being pampered and warmly hosted, Steve has gone that extra mile. He is a fantastic cook as well and the breakfasts are the best you will get. Warm and inviting, this is a great place to stay.

  Booked this on the off chance as part of a road trip and have to say I was truly stunned by the beauty of the guest house. Steve (the owner) met us on arrival and made us truly welcome. Try out the Alpine Hotel for dinner, just down the road, but you definitely have to have breakfast with Steve...amazing eggs from the chickens in the garden (we had them scrambled...the eggs not the chickens!) and they tasted fantastic. Great place to visit and worth staying here if you are looking for a intimate location (as it's off the main streets). A real gem at the gateway to the Snowy Mountains.

  Recently celebrated my 50th b'day here, and will certainly NOT forget the experience in a hurry. Couldn't have been made to feel MORE special, or more welcome. Steve has created an environment of comfort, luxury and genuine warmth FAR exceeding my expectations...and OH that bath!! He is exceptional at what he does ..and that just might be because he is passionate about this divine historic home, the gardens and the delightful town of Cooma. Total BLISS. :)
